Sweet 16

My goal is simple. Look good. Feel good, and I can only speak for myself. I’m not doing this to impress any one, for likes, for love or compliments. I mentioned how my partner teases me. However, it’s all in good fun and the truth of it is she loves me in any package I come in. Even sausage packaging!

I love my shape either way, however, I would like to aim for a healthier balance, and a more natural feeling in my skin. Right now my size is running chubby-petite and it’s a challenge to find the right fit.

My ideal weight is 148LBS. I’ve been 148LBS before and that’s when I have felt the lightest and the most energetic. So my goal is to lose sweet 16…LBS.

I started this journey with you to track progress. The goal here is to experiment with results, discipline impulses and find the winning formula to keep my results consistent. Hopefully while on the path I can demonstrate to you that everyone’s wellness path is unique, and nobody’s wellness path will be linear.
