The main thing you can do to avoid overeating is keeping busy, and I mean overly busy. The last few days have been busy, so naturally it’s been good for my diet which I also like to call anti-snacking.
I’ve been here, there, everywhere and nowhere at all. I composed a major paper for my university course, and another immigration document for a client.
I’m also caught in a loop of selling some home items for extra hustle cash and I had a few appointments to keep up with today.

I’ve got to rub those toonies together! π
When I’m busy like this, I can’t even think about calories, sometimes I skip counting.
For me, as 49% logical and 51% emotional, I can overeat when I’m bored, sad, happy and I’ve never really known boundaries. I’m either zero or one hundred, one way or another, and I’ve never known balance.
I pride myself on reading and writing my own rulebook now, which has led to building better everyday habits.
I highly recommend finding a way to hold yourself accountable throughout your own process. Even if it means leaving yourself more sticky notes than he did in Memento.

I also just learned about a thing called cake flour. Cake flour and whatever cake flour can make is going to be a true test.
Stick with me,
