Birri-yeah!

Yesterday I went over 262 calories. I was doing well for calories yesterday. My partner had other plans.

Enter: Delicious birria tacos.

I wanted to quit at two tacos. I wanted to control myself. So far I was able to control myself for the cake, and pizza but birria tacos? I truly felt like I couldn’t breathe without taste testing another taco.

Dinner is the meal where I pack away the most calories. Calories practically fall from the sky and into my mouth during this meal. Since my partner and I look forward to dining together, it’s not something I can skip.

Do you know what I can skip? I can skip calories for breakfast, calories for lunch, then skip down the halls for birria tacos.
