Finally, I can say I’ve learned how to be consistent with tracking my days!

Each date with a crescent moon represents when I’ve been able to finish below 1600.

All the full moons are the days I’ve finished at or (more likely) gone over 1600.

It seems like so far 2 or 3 days a week I do really well, and 3 or 5 days I don’t.

This week I want to work on flipping my statistics; 6 days well and 1 day unwell.

Today my partner brought home chocolates for me…I think it’s safe to say snacking on her lovely, cocoa gifts are the reason today’s pie chart is 1705/1600.

While it may not look like it, this is better self control for me. I’m making progress.

I think? I’ll be able to behave myself for the rest of the week…but now there are two boxes of chocolates in the house so we’re going to have to hover over the word “think?”
